Newsletter privacy

Updated October 30, 2026

When you subscribe, we collect your email address to send you the NOW SGF newsletter. Signing up adds you to the list immediately; no confirmation email is required.

How the newsletter works

We use Kit to store subscriber information, deliver newsletters, and manage unsubscribes. Kit may process technical information such as your IP address, device information, signup source, and email opens or clicks to operate the service and help us understand readership. See Kit’s privacy policy.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact [email protected]. We do not sell your email address. We retain subscriber information while you are subscribed, and may retain a suppression record to respect an unsubscribe request.

Website delivery

Cloudflare helps deliver and protect this website and may process connection information such as your IP address. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Saved places & community submissions

Saved items use local storage in your browser and are not synced to an account. Event and question forms prepare an email draft; the website does not receive those details unless you send the email. Information you send may be used to verify a tip or prepare a public listing. We do not publish your contact details as part of a listing without permission.
